Re: Meaning of Capital in Paragraph 149(1)(d.5) of the Income Tax Act ("the Act")
This is in your reply to your letter of December 20, 1999 wherein you asked that a typographical error in the second line of item 1 of our December 2 letter (our file 991389) be corrected and the letter reissued. We confirm that that the reference therein to "paragraph 149(1.5)" should have been to paragraph 149(1)(d.5).
