Update from the Compensation Client Service Centre – April 17
Further to our message on April 14, we would like to provide you with an update on the upcoming additional compensation services that the Compensation Client Service Centre (CCSC) will be working on next.
In addition to the services being provided now, from April 20 to May 15, the CCSC will be adding up to 170 additional compensation resources, who will be working from home, and will be expanding critical actions to include:
- Change in hours of work or change in rate of pay: increasing or decreasing hours and updating salary.
- Change in job or tenure: processing promotions, permanent lateral moves and acting appointments, including extensions, where offers from ISS were not automated or managers did not have access to ISS.
- Benefits: providing eligibility letter, and starting or amending benefits such as Dental Care Plan, Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP), Public Service Management Insurance Plan (PSMIP).
Our National Enquiries Services call centre is not open at this time. If you have questions on upcoming life event changes and are connected, you can refer to the Employee and Work Support – Pay and Benefits webpage and KnowHow, or you can contact your manager or send an email to the Compensation Client Service Centre or a general enquiries webform.
The CCSC continues to work hard to ensure that CRA employees continue to be paid and are able to support their families and loved ones during this time.
We appreciate your understanding during this very difficult time, and we hope that you and your families are staying safe.
