Working remotely: CRA and COVID-19

As the Agency moves into business resumption mode, most of you will continue working remotely for some time to come. To be successful while working remotely, it is important to create a workspace that promotes efficiency, effectiveness and physical comfort. Take the time to create the right conditions for success and wellness.

Your remote work situation will not look like your colleagues', so it is important that you understand your responsibilities. Managers also have unique responsibilities when managing employees who work remotely. Learn about these responsibilities on InfoZone or speak with your supervisor.

Health and safety

Regardless of where you work, at home or at a CRA worksite, your health and safety are the top priorities. The following links provide information to support your physical and mental health, and overall well-being. For information on accommodations for remote work, see InfoZone or speak with your manager.

Technology

Connecting at home can be a challenge and new for many employees. Take advantage of the tools that are available to CRA employees to connect with your colleagues. For information on collaborative tools and connecting to the CRA network from home, see InfoZone or speak with your manager.
