SR&ED webinars for Atlantic Canada

The Nova Scotia Tax Services Office serves businesses that conduct SR&ED work in Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.

Webinars provide a general overview of the SR&ED program, explaining the eligibility criteria, what expenditures are eligible, and how to file an SR&ED claim.

Webinars will focus on Atlantic Canada, however anyone interested in the SR&ED program may attend.

SR&ED program / Investments in Forest Industry Transformation program

Hosted by the Canada Revenue Agency and Natural Resources Canada, this webinar will provide an overview of the SR&ED Tax Incentive Program and the Investments in Forest Industry Transformation (IFIT) program. Attendees will learn about the SR&ED program’s benefits, its eligibility requirements and the free services it offers businesses. They will also obtain information about the IFIT program, which facilitates the adoption of transformative technologies and products in the Canadian forest sector by bridging the gap between development and commercialization.
