RC368 Pooled Registered Pension Plan Annual Information Return
Notice to the reader
The Registered Plans Directorate and the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions have developed a new version of Form RC368, Pooled Registered Pension Plan Annual Information Return. The new filing deadline for the Form RC368 is 4 months after the plan year end.
You must use the new version of the RC368 E (16) for all plan information returns effective immediately. We will not accept returns that use a previous version of the RC368. They will be returned to the sender.
Use Form RC368-CA if your pension supervisory authority does not have a joint form with the Canada Revenue Agency.
