You're already using online services—whether it's banking, shopping or social media. Now, it's time to ditch the paper and make managing taxes easier with one of the CRA's online services: My Account, My Business Account, or Represent a Client.

Do you have a Business Number (BN), for example, to manage your payroll, corporation, or GST/HST accounts?

The service you need is Represent a Client. A client is a person you represent, for example, your employer, a family member, a friend, or a business client.
Whose account information would you like to access?
Would you like to register an accounting, payroll, or tax preparation business?
Answer: As an owner, partner, officer, or a director/trustee of the board for your business you need to use My Business Account to manage any payroll, corporation, GST/HST, or other business accounts.
Answer: Register yourself as a representative with Represent a Client so your family members or friend can authorize you to access their account information.
Answer: Register a group to access your employer's business accounts using:
