The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) wants you to help yourself by taking advantage of our self-serve Internet options. Over the next two years, we'll be changing our enquiries counters to provide you with access to Internet kiosks, and to offer appointments for taxpayers who would prefer to speak with an agent in person.
