It has been almost a month since my last message and since then things have changed quite a bit. That said, one thing remains the same: the devotion and energy with which you do your work day after day, despite all the exceptional circumstances you face.

Each of you contributes in your own way to the Agency's impact, especially in these times of crisis. You can see this in the positive response from Canadians to the new Canada Emergency Response Benefit. This new incentive is a real success and a lifeline for many families. The launch of the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy will also provide additional assistance to businesses, thanks in no small part to your efforts. You should be immensely proud of yourself.

The events of the past few weeks have demonstrated that we are about more than just taxes; our organization is truly about putting people first.

These times are difficult for many people, remember to take care of yourself and your loved ones.
