Browser settings
Internet Explorer
Enabling Cookies
- Select Tools from the browser menu bar.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Select the Advanced button. The Advanced Privacy Settings window is displayed.
- Check Override automatic cookie handling under the Cookies section in the Advanced Privacy Settings window.
- Check the Accept or Prompt option under First-party Cookies.
- Check OK.
- Select OK on the Internet Options window.
- Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.
Enabling JavaScript
- Select Tools from the browser menu bar.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab.
- Select Custom Level.
- Under Active Scripting check Enable.
- Select OK on the Security Settings window.
- Select OK on the Internet Options window.
- Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.
Enabling TLS
- Select Tools from the browser menu bar.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to Security section.
- Check Use TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2.
- Select OK.
- Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.
Firefox
Mozilla Firefox 16.0.x and 17.0.x (Windows, Linux)
Enabling Cookies
- Select the Firefox drop-down menu.
- Select Options.
- Select Privacy in the top panel.
- Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
- Check Accept cookies from sites.
- Select OK.
- Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.
Enabling JavaScript
- Select the Firefox drop-down menu.
- Select Options on the menu.
- Select Content.
- Check Enable JavaScript.
- Scroll down to Scripting.
- Select OK on the Options window.
- Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.
Enabling TLS
- Select the Firefox drop-down menu.
- Select Options on the menu.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Select the Encryption tab.
- Check Use TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2.
- Select OK.
- Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.
Mozilla Firefox 15.0.0 and 17.0.0 (Mac)

- Where it says Accept Cookies check either Always or Only from sites you navigate to.
- Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.

- Select Preferences from the settings drop down menu. (Gear icon located in the top right hand part of the window).
- Select the Security tab.
- Where it says Web Content check Enable JavaScript.
- Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.

Safari uses TLS encryption by default and there is no setting to enable.
