Amending, cancelling, adding, or replacing T5008 slips
After you file your information return, you may notice that you made an error when preparing T5008 slips. You can make the corrections electronically or on paper, as described below.
Note
If you are filing an amended T5008 slip, you must do so using the account number you indicated in the original information return.
