When repayments must be made in less than 10 years
There are special rules concerning repayments of withdrawals if one of these situations apply:
Topics
- The person who made the LLP withdrawal dies
- You turn 71 years old
- You become a non-resident
- Student leaves school or does not enrol in time
Student abandoned (quit) school, was not enrolled or did not enrol in time when LLP withdrawal was made
